I have been practicing law since 1995 after graduating from Whittier Law School. My fields of practice include:

I have worked with numerous start up companies, helping them set up and maintain their corporate structure, as well as making sure they are protected from liability. I have reviewed and drafted various agreements, ranging from employee/independent contractor agreements to sales contracts. I have also assisted many companies get their e-commerce sites up and running, with carefully drafted terms and conditions, privacy statements and return policies, as well as making sure they are compliant in all laws and regulations that are involved in running an on-line site.
I have also been successfully prosecuting trademarks and copyrights during my career. I have vigorously maintained my client’s proprietary rights with cease and desist letters, oppositions and cancellation proceedings. I also advise my clients on how to adequately preserve their intellectual property rights while not infringing on the rights of others. My expertise is also used with licensing and trade secret protection.
My clients are also well protected in regards to their personal assets. I use a hands on approach, and along with my entrusted knowledge, have helped create the correct estate documents, such as Wills, Trust and Power of Attorneys. These plans are uniquely designed to make sure my client’s estates are taken care of and maintained in a way to maximize and protect their value now and in the future.
